It's from "Sundays at the Moosewood" cookbook. The recipe is here:

I don't have any vermicelli or raisins, but I think the recipe will be fine without them.

Will throw some prosciutto on the couscous to satisfy any meat cravings.

How about you?

not sure how i'll prepare it, but it will go with a bunch of an asparagus that also needs cooked.

since I did the birthday countdown to my husband's birthday? He claims I fattened him up!

But he's all skinny now so he's getting a Blueberry Crisp for dessert.

Threaded with tomato, red onion, and bell pepper, probably red or orange.

I saw some swordfish kebabs at the store for $6.95 each. That was inspiration. When I saw their price, I said, "Meh, I can do this for less and it will be just as good."

Rice or hash browns on the side.

Mesclun salad.

Had some of those different colored little potatoes boiled in the skins with some green beans.

I added some seasoned pepper and Spike and then served them with a vegetarian burger sauted with two fresh tomatoes in olive oil.

I'm glad to see some of you here, I don't think I can post in GD for a week.
