I saw some swordfish kebabs at the store for $6.95 each. That was inspiration. When I saw their price, I said, "Meh, I can do this for less and it will be just as good."
Rice or hash browns on the side.
Mesclun salad.

(53,661 posts)Had some of those different colored little potatoes boiled in the skins with some green beans.
I added some seasoned pepper and Spike and then served them with a vegetarian burger sauted with two fresh tomatoes in olive oil.
I'm glad to see some of you here, I don't think I can post in GD for a week.
