A few hours ago I had a sausage and cheese omelet w/ a spoonful of salsa on the side.

A few minutes ago I had an English muffin.

1. 2 pancakes, banana, cold brew coffee

Not very hungry today

2. Two scrambled eggs with piece of artisan toasted bread. Hot tea.

Not very exciting but quick and filling. I need to up my breakfast game now that I’m retired.

3. A glass of cherry juice..

a pastry, and a big mug of Candy Cane Lane tea.

4. Coffee

Plain Greek yogurt with a kiwi fruit

5. Potato & leek soup and a muenster grilled cheese on sour dough

Delicious.

Back to full time telework means full time access to my kitchen

6. essentially, leftovers

but I'm putting them in the air fryer, so they will be hot and crisp.

--half a chicken sausage with sweet potato, turnip, and carrot. I'm wrapping the sausage in a warm tortilla shell.

Decaf French roast coffee.
