In the air fryer, coated with Italian seasoning. Spinach and cheese ravioli. The frozen Giant brand. They are tasty for how easy they are. Salad.

For dessert: Yesterday I drove my Filipina friend to pick up some breads made by a friend of hers. They are smallish rolls. One type has sweet onions in it and the other has a strawberry-like filling. The strawberry(?) ones are good with hot tea. Not too sweet but satisfying.

napa cabbage, cilantro and jalapeno aioli. I've got some corn tortillas that I'll make homemade chips out of served with a fresh salsa roja. It is Taco Tuesday after all.

with creative cooking since you got over Covid. You must have missed the kitchen!

Pickled red onion is so terrific on tacos. My brother and I did that when he visited back in September.
