The recipe makes far too much so I divided in half. One pan for baking, one pan for freezing. It's always nice to have a meal in the freezer to pull out in an "emergency".

5. I cooked a pot of vegetarian black beans

4 servings of dry beans, added a 1/2 pat of butter, onion, garlic, spices and about 2/3 cup of frozen mixed vegs. It makes a good meal and enough for leftovers.
