Chicken wings. Not that I'm watching the game, but I have to order some, so I figure I might as well have some, too.

We're going to watch the game at my sister's house. She won't be home, but because we have no way to get it in our home, she said we could use hers.

(1,706 posts)due to work schedules. Tonight was crab linguini, roast asparagus, and garlic bread. Tomorrow will be chili. Maybe I should have my son make Cincinnati chili - we lived in Cincy 40 years ago, so that's our team.

(22,767 posts)When I married and moved away from OH (25 years ago this July), I used to have my parents send me the spice packets since it wasn't even heard of here. Eventually, I experimented and learned to make it on my own.
Retrograde
(10,156 posts)sauerbraten (started marinating it Thursday), German potato salad, and red cabbage with shredded apple and caraway. I didn't like German potato salad as a child, but the one I made today was good: maybe because I used dried mustard instead of French's prepared mustard, it wasn't quite as vinegary as I remember.
