Coffee now. Later blueberries and oatmeal

1. Tea with milk, Belgian waffles decorated w/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream napped with Bourbon

maple syrup, accompanied by a side of sliced Cara Cara navel orange.

Cheese toast and a banana later.

but now I'm wishing I hadn't had all that. My tummy doesn't feel right. My sister had intestinal symptoms w/ her flu, and I thought I had managed to avoid them, but it seems I haven't.

Too heavy and spicy for stomach right now. Get better.

6. two mugs of vanilla nut "coffee"

I made up a big glass container of red seedless grapes and mandarin oranges to take to the garden for everyone to munch on. Today 2 volunteers are joining me to put together six raised beds that I managed to get as a donation.

Also bagel with cream cheese.

8. Toasted everything bagels...

with cream cheese for both of us. I also had peach preserves.
