Toasted cinnamon swirl bread with chicken liver pate.

This might sound weird but it is really good. I used to have it from a buffet at a restaurant in a town south of me.
Yesterday I drove by this restaurant, which is closed, so I got nostalgic and decided to pick up the pate and bread today.
