I seem to have lost my ability to count.
I cook 3 sheets of 12 and when I pull out the second pan there are only 10 on the cooling rack. There must be a poltergeist because the second pan ended up short also. 😁😁

Makes sense to me. I make up a double batch of choc chip cookie dough complete with walnuts. Then I roll the dough into saran wrap and refrigerate. Then I slice them (like the store-bought slice'n'bakes of yore) and plop them onto my cookie sheets. Into the oven and VOILA! Easy Peasy.
