Mushroom stuffed ravioli with corn-zucchini garlic butter sauce.

The zucchinis I'll be using were cut when they were small. The RG has convinced me to cut them when they are little, and the same with green beans.

I thought of the idea for this dish myself, but googled it so I wouldn't have to think it through. I'm lazy tonight, after all my garden work today. Found a recipe for it online.

Tossed green salad sounds good with this, so that is what it will be. Just scallions, cucumber, and torn greens. Sesame vinaigrette dressing, homemade.

Dessert: coconut blueberry smoothie.

1. roast duck, acorn squash with spiced butter, asparagus, and Caesar salad

I put the duck into the oven about ten minutes ago.

2. Sounds really good. We are having a stirfry with Chicken, and fresh veg...and a dump cake using

peaches with whipped cream for dessert.

4. Tabbouleh and a nice grilled t-bone!

5. Seared marinated ahi tuna

Served over mixed greens With a sriracha Mayo drizzle. Rice and a ginger dressing on the side.

6. Bowl of homemade Italian wedding soup...

and a bowl of frozen red grapes. Water.

7. It's hot, so grilling outside

sausages, corn, and haloumi cheese, with a tomato/olive/cucumber/lettuce salad on the side. Peaches for dessert.

I'd like to do a zucchini dish, but of my 4 plants one never blossomed, another only had male blossoms, and the other two put out a couple each and then seem to have given up.
