Vegetable soup which I made today with orecchiette, cherry tomatoes, carrots, onions, marjoram, mushroom ravioli, and vegetable broth. Also cut up an Italian sausage into small bits.

Entree salads with breaded chicken tenders, bleu cheese crumbles and bleu cheese dressing.

Water.

Dark chocolate espresso ice cream.

2. Pork roast & salad.

Cooked in French onion soup with carrots, potatoes, onion, green beans, garlic, & celery!

3. Baked cod and brussels sprouts

4. Turkey and Rice

Turkey and stock was found in the freezer. Cooked with brown rice, celery, onion and garlic.
A mixed salad with some broccoli crowns added.

6. Breadsticks are baking now. We're also having Bolognese and salads.

with Radiatori, grape tomatoes, avocado, lemon juice, EVOO, and a hint of chili powder.

Bright and refreshing.
