Coffee sounds good, but I will probably settle for tea.
Have had a migraine for a few days so gotta keep the caffeine low to nonexistent until that is resolved.

(5,125 posts)Though Sat I did sit facing the sun to get a little Vit D.
But the cold is making my neck and shoulder muscles tighten up.
Don't think about the barometric pressure as a factor, but now that you mention it, that's a trifecta.

(22,767 posts)Have been up since 4a and made a fresh pot of coffee for my mocha. Husband ended up going back to bed, so I'll have to wait to decide what to make. Trying to get more water down in the meantime. It's more difficult when it's so cold and the temp will be steadily dropping thru the day with high winds and a low of 15F by tonight. Was planning on finally making the divinity today, but I think it's going to be more a day for huddling under the blanket with the kitty and my book.
Yesterday, I didn't make anything until around noon. I really didn't want to ingest any more eggs, but also didn't want anything on the sweet side. So, I made a smaller omelet for us to split with pepperoni slices, fresh spinach (he's been growing indoors as a cover crop for his pot plants), baby bellas, onion, blend of finely shredded Italian cheeses and feta. We both had a slice of toast with butter and orange marmalade; his was seeded rye, mine wheat.

(35,730 posts)I warmed up a mini-quiche and a mini-loaf of cornbread in the air fryer, then quickly tossed some thinly sliced ham around in the pan to put on top. On top of that I put hot pepper jelly, just a little.
