General Tso’s, potstickers, marinated shrimp, dolmas, pork chops. Little bit of this and that.
Really yummy, but I’m looking forward to some plain old meals.

Lunch was fried rice with some leftover rice, the last scraps of the Christmas duck, and a bunch of vegetables. I'm now trying to think of what to do with yesterday's leftover lamb shoulder chops for dinner.

I made a batch of bread dressing today and mixed in the last of the roast pork. Mashed a potato. That was a good idea.

I took flat leftover cookies and made ice cream sandwiches last. Got 3 peanut butter and chocolate chip with vanilla ice cream, and 1 orange crinkle with vanilla

I think I'm best at it when making breakfast.

Almost anything can be turned into an omelet.

Almost anything can be turned into a hash.

Almost anything can be put into a wrap with an egg.

I got in the habit to use up all cooked food. Just have a lot of extra because of the holidays.
