oats with just a bit of whole milk and a good number of patties of Irish butter melting on top. Low sugar cran-raspberry juice. Nice yeasty very coarse 12 grain/seeds/nuts bread with more Irish butter.

Ham & provolone roll-ups using crescent rolls. Only took me 10" to make these.

Roasted tomatoes on the side.

Big mug of Tazo Passion tea with a swirl of agave.

The roasted tomatoes were perfect for the roll-ups, but I didn't make enough. I filled itn with some tomato pesto and that did the trick.
