What's for Dinner, Wed., Mar. 1, 2023


Appetizer: Chinese dumplings with vegetable stuffing. Hoisin sauce.

Shrimp with Udon Noodle Soup. Has scallions, broccoli, carrot, snow peas, ginger, sesame oil, lemongrass, in ginger-vegetable broth.

Dessert: Sweet 'n Spicy Good Earth tea and a few waffle cookies.

Potato pierogi's pre-boiled then pan fried in sauté' of brown buttered onions ; oven browned Polish sausage/ Kielbasa on sauerkraut bed.

I've caught another cold and am feeling under the weather again!

Joking aside, thank goodness I've got enough leftovers from the other night for a meal.

We've been snacking this afternoon though, so it'll probably be a late dinner. I'll get it started in an hour or two.

My small home smells wonderful.

I also looked at several other recipes online, which had me adding a bit more seasonings of various kinds.
