Cod filet, baked in a packet with carrots, celery, and herbs.

Cucumber salad with dill.

Pomegranate kombucha.

No dessert. I've given up on it. I fall asleep before I can even get to it.

1. Pan roasted halibut cheeks

with warm pancetta vinaigrette. I'll serve this on a bed of arugula and some crusty sourdough bread to sop up the vinaigrette. This is the last of the halibut cheeks from my guys fishing trip to AK last summer.

Dad had homemade kielbasa hash w/ sunny-side egg, green beans

3. Nothing exciting tonight.

Just leftover sautéed onions/peppers/sausage over pasta and a nice salad.

But it's an easy cooking nigh! YIPPEE!

4. Husband really liked last night's dinner and requesting repeat tonight.

Morningstar Farms Chik'n Patty on toasted English muffin with lettuce, tomato and Miracle Whip, with crinkle cut fries.

5. Cheeseburger and potato chips. Later for a snack

I plan to have a toss salad and an orange 🍊.

chips and chocolate malts. DH wanted to get this last weekend by going out; we tried a new joint and it was a total dud! So I decided to make him a better version during the week.
