Cheese and meat filled mini ravioli with spinach in the gravy. Lots of Parmesan cheese and a big salad. Yummy 🤤

Sausage, potatoes, onions, green & red peppers and Jack cheese smothered with beaten eggs and baked like a quiche. Simple green salad and Chardonnay.
