Breakfast Thursday 12 October 2023

Filling in for iris for a few days while she goes to Michigan and visits her mother in the hospital. I know how important family is and I'm sure her mother needs to see her.

Right now I'm drinking my first cup of black coffee ☕ and eating a brownie. Later I will make a pepperoni, mushroom and cheese omelette.

But before I did, I sautéed a mushroom for an omelette filling. Plan to add tarragon to it. Cheddar cheese, too.

Love the cat! Crabbiness always amuses me.

Irisblue, if you’re reading, I hope things are going well.

And thank you, Emile, for filling in.

I really don't think that I'm crabby before my first cup of coffee of the day, but I really don't want to test that theory! hahahahaha

Sipping on some mighty fine fair trade Ethiopian coffee. Later I'll warm up some leftover apple pancake!

some cooked sausage in freezer and I didn't. Looking in the fridge for a substitute like ham and I found the pepperoni my wife buys for her homemade pizza. So I said why not. Turns out I like it in my omelette. LOL

Finally got my replacement SIM card installed in my cellphone, so I celebrated. It does say "no added sugars" on the can, but sure was sweet and wonderful. I suspect it had a lot of chemical sweeteners like sucralose.
