Mixed garden salad with radicchio, red and green leaf lettuces, sliced carrots, tomato slices and red onion topped with a creamy Caesar dressing.

Pan-fried beef filets wrapped in bacon cooked a la Gordon Ramsay (lots of salt & pepper plus butter) and served with mashed potatoes and beef gravy.

Chocolate ice cream.

Dad had a chicken jalfrezi w/ peppers, onions and corn over jasmine rise.

6. leftover 15 bean soup with cornbread.

This batch was not as good as usual and I am not sure why. The cornbread on the other hand was awesome when I took it out of the skillet. Still tasty today, but not crunchy like it is when it first comes out of the pan
