my go-to marinade. I'll put mustard and honey in a sandwich ziplock and place whatever I plan to cook/grill be is a chicken breast or pork chop, etc.. It's definitely a winning combination.
Question though regarding your tomato appetizer. Are those cherry tomatoes? I can't really seeing initiating your recipe with anything larger than a cherry tomato, or I guess a nice meaty roma. Just curious, that's all. I never get tired of tomatoes in any shape or form.

have that on hand, I use what ever mustard I have in the fridge which could range from mustard with herbs, whole grain mustard to white wine mustard.
