As I cook today

Mexican, my version, done it for 20 years on SuperBowl Sunday.

2 lbs of ground chuck
Browned , 1 pack of taco seasoning, Hear me
2 jars of thick and chunky salsa, acan of drained petite tomatoes, uhm. . Just eat.

We make a similar dish, but add one can each of chili beans (or baked beans), small green peas, and corn kernels. That makes it a whole meal and we always freeze some leftovers for future dinners. Goes great with cornbread!
