Thai red curry Pork with Garden veggies; dragon's tongue beans and black Hungarian chili peppers. It's gonna be a flame-thrower.

As an appetizer.

Then Boston lettuce salad with toasted sunflower seeds, clemantines and citrus dressing.

Main course was open-face turkey breast sandwiches with mushrooms and melted Irish cheddar.

Dessert is cream puffs. Maybe one truffle.

I slept through dinner and had a bowl of Ben and Jerry's when I woke up.

Put a frozen deep-dish sausage/cheese pizza in the oven. Now I have lunch for tomorrow and Sunday, too!

Was on the coast the other night and went out for seafood. I had some fish and half a baked potato left over, which I reheated. Had it with some tomatoes.

Seared tenderloin with a roasted red pepper, butter sauce. Served over sautéed spinach with fingerling potatoes and an avocado tomato salad.

or a few stainless pieces (a fav is a large stainless salad bowl set that I use a LOT) but I love plain white too. I never got into patterned china... and I looove square plates.
