just found out there's extras for dinner, so... spaghetti! (not with the beef, obviously)

(12,253 posts)with puff pastry topping. I blew it. I should have baked them separately. Crispy, pretty shiny tops and gooey, drippy dough below. Oh well, live and learn!

Simple, filling dish I always like. Might take a walk downtown though for something more.

His go to menu, and one of his favorite meals, is lamb chops, baked potatoes and carrots/peas. When he served it, he smilingly said, "I hope you like your potatoes al dente!".
They were crunchy.
And that is the day I took over the kitchen, lol.
