I will be having a bake-til-you-drop week next week, so I am just taking it easy this weekend.

You could put out things she would like with the meat and tortillas and let her build her own.

But he's not moving and the place closes shortly.

Nursing a hangover and just not sure what I want to eat.

maybe just get him to go get me a cheeseburger.

with puff pastry topping. I blew it. I should have baked them separately. Crispy, pretty shiny tops and gooey, drippy dough below. Oh well, live and learn!

Some basil, marjoram, thyme and a bit of dill in the boil.

Simple, filling dish I always like. Might take a walk downtown though for something more.

So all three had the same kind of bite. Yeah, you got to slice the potatoes up some.

When we first started dating, DH made me dinner one night.

His go to menu, and one of his favorite meals, is lamb chops, baked potatoes and carrots/peas. When he served it, he smilingly said, "I hope you like your potatoes al dente!".

They were crunchy.

And that is the day I took over the kitchen, lol.
