(35,794 posts)Aw, Lucinda, I thought about starting the thread around noon or 1. I hope you get to feeling better. This is awful!
I think some vegetable (black beans, quinoa) stuffed peppers and some chicken drumsticks that are easy to make by just covering them in whole grain mustard/mayo and then dipping into panko and baking. Yum, so good. Haven't made them in awhile.
Salad.
Dessert: blueberries.

More leftover roast beef for dinner tonight.

(24,146 posts)we ordered cheap chinese food for dinner, there's some leftover beef stew still, but i couldn't do it a third night in a row.
