Remember those celery stalks stuffed with cream cheese? Here's something different.

Stuffed Fresno chilies -

Scoop out the ribs and seeds, dice all. Add diced parsley, chives, olives, a bit of cilantro. Blend well with cream cheese. Stuff the peppers. Dust with paprika or cinnamon. Makes a great small plate with figs, grapes, cherry tomatoes.

Flat bread wedges and a dip. Simple finger food.

But anytime I can get bacon into a dish, I will.
