But I'm interested in your impression. Maybe now I will watch it, espcially since they seem to be showing more hands-on technique.

which is very helpful. It's how a how to show, but you do learn a bit form it.

They guy on the crutches irritates me to no end...but there is always one in the bunch...isn't there.

It's entertaining and the competitors are really quite talented home cooks.

but there are some accomplished bakers in the bunch. I couldn't make croissants at all.
