1. Salmon with glaze

I found out it's heart-healthy, so that's what we're having. I have a glaze for it, too, and it's not sugar based. I did use a little agave.

Grilled romaine.

Strawberries and vanilla yogurt topped with toasted almonds for dessert.

Everything's ready to go, as I'll be coming in from the garden and will not want to prep later.

channels the other day and reeeeeeeally wanted to try it.

But... I can't remember what channel it was on, or even what the ingredients were. I should never watch food tv shows right after taking my pain meds unless I have a pen and paper handy!

Hope your meal was delicious!

Going to a farmers market today and see what they have.

Having a couple of friends over, including one who keeps kosher, so this meal will work for everyone.

How about you!

Haven't been too hungry lately, so I have been grazing and not eating regular meals - but Bill cooked brats last night.

But Bill makes it for himself pretty often so he can take the leftover for lunch on his break. A lot of people don't know it reheats really well!

And I hit the sack at 12am and they were still up. However, I had a Pilates class this am and Maddie had to get up to watch her brother. she wasn't a happy camper. . She is now back upstairs sleeping with the others. I am betting they won't be up until they get hungry again.

It's pretty much just one or two pizza places for us, and our homemade pizzas are better!
Even fast food is limited. We only have a Mc Donald's close enough to get to without dealing with the tourist traffic.

Baked potatoes and tomato salad on the side. There's enough chicken left for chicken salad.

It really hit the spot with the family. It was juicy and the meat fell off the bone.
