18 Microwave Snacks You Can Cook In A Mug

Pics and recipes at the link!

I've had a chocolate cake in a mug before, but started using a pyrex dish instead. I also modified the recipe into spice cake. They were both delicious

Then my microwave died. I currently don't have the money to replace it

Have to increase the times a bit, but works fine.

Good luck on finding a new one. Hard to live without one these days.

I just tried the Quiche in a Cup, and it was pretty good. I substituted yoghurt for cream cheese, and soy milk for milk, and white bread for bagel. Okay, I know -- white bread, hmmmm. I substituted spinach for the meat. I plan to do this again, trying out some Krusteaz piecrust mix instead of the bread.
