I've been craving beef tacos for days. Today is a day off for me, so I went shopping, and have all the goods for crunchy beef tacos.

I have 3 ripe avocados and a pile of cilantro. I'm going out tonight, but tacos might be on the menu tomorrow. Mmmm.

over tortilla chips (stale). Yum. The key to this dish is plenty of pickled Serrano chilis and chopped red onion.
