(111,255 posts)1. I used to get chocolate mochi back in Boston years ago
and pop it into the toaster oven for a minute or two to soften a bit. It would take a whole afternoon to chew through a piece of it but I have to say it was satisfying stuff.
Eventually, I got used to the plain. The chocolate was a wonderful introduction to the texture of it.

There is many kinds here including a coconut ice cream mochi!

where I can get mango popsicles, so there.
The international grocery is about a 20 minute walk.
