OK, now I am making a Greek pizza (or so I am calling it).

Garden fresh tomatoes, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil. I intend to top it with kalamata olives and fresh basil, which the recipe advises to add after cooking.

Question I have is - if I want anchovies (which I do), should they be added after cooking or before?

They're best when I leave the tins on the dash of my vehicle to be warmed by the sun.

They were thick pizza crust, feta cheese and herbs. They needed nothing else, just pop them into the toaster oven until the crust started to brown and the cheese bubbled and they were pure heaven.

you have to borrow money from Germans to pay for it.

Sounds delicious, as to the anchovies some people add them at the beginning
of cooking cause they like the dried texture that results, others add them closer
to the end of cooking so they maintain more of the out-of-the can texture.
