2. chicken cutlets

they've been browned and are hanging out while the mushrooms and bacon have sexy time. then garlic will join the party for a few minutes before a few good glugs of white wine show up. once that's reduced, i'll add some chicken stock, simmer and then toss in some frozen peas the last few minutes.

i'm putting in enough effort that i think i can get away with just instant mashed tonight.

Red pepper, ham, black olives, carmalized onions, sautéed mushrooms, pizza sauce, blue cheese, provolone cheese, and sesame seeds. It kicked ass!

We had our usual field peas, sauteed cabbage, cornbread, and avocado salad with lemon and salt.
