I admire the way you mix cuisines in your menus. It fascinates me as I lack that sense of culinary creativity! We're having broiled salmon with asparagus/mushroom risotto. Plain broiled salmon while you would no doubt put a Japanese or Indian spin on it. Delightful!

I was given a whole bag of wild mushrooms yesterday. Trying to figure out what to do with them. Thinking a mushroom, onion cream sauce.

with oyster mushrooms. I hardly ever eat breakfast, so why not breakfast for dinner? I may make hash browns if I have any spuds left. If not, then garlic toast.
