Is that a thing? Are you the first to do it? I like the frothy cans with that gas release. I don't know how it would be poured over sweet and cold. I should try it.

Guinness is a sandwich in a glass, decent nutrition with alcohol. The milk in the ice cream completes the protein.
I can think of worse meals.

I made an ICE cream ice cream 'float,' and may do more; drowning my 'despair,' as it were.
May ask my kids and sons in law, the Irish ones, if they've ever tried Guinness Ice Cream Floats!
