I don't like my own meatloaf recipe, so I'm searching for a new one. While searching, I have discovered things:
(1) If your recipe includes 427 pictures, I'm gone.
(1a) If I see one pop-up, I'm gone.
(1b) This includes a login screen or a promotional ad for a magazine.
(2) Suppose I really want to use BAD olive oil?? ("Use good olive oil" like, duh.
(3) The comments section of any website is more revealing than the actual article.
(4) Ina Garten is a pretencious f*ck. with no concept of how the 99% live.
(5) Food Network is not about Food, it's about the same 10 personalities over and over.
(6) KISS it, dammit - Keep it simple stupid!
(7) I still don't like Martha Stewart.
(8) I don't "do" slideshows. See (1).
(9) I've easened my stance - pics of pets are OK if your recipe is good.
(10) I still don't like Martha Stewart. (did I mention that?)
/end rant
So, I'm going with meatloaf, with a mushroom-onion gravy. A baked spud, and some form of green (bean, or broc).
