What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 20, 2016

Shrimp glazed with chile-honey sauce. I'm going to try to do this on the grill, but I have no luck setting fires on the grill, it's a dubious venture.

Salad, which has an Asian angle to it, with chopped greens, carrots, red cabbage, apple, red onion, ginger, cilantro and peanuts. It has ginger-lime dressing.

I made something similar, but with chunks of chicken breast (husband trying to avoid red meat) and baby carrots. Yum. He did decide that we should go for broke and have steak soon.

Came down to it was easier and faster to prepare because I got behind filing all my coupons, which took a bit longer than I anticipated.
