I made up a recipe (Broccoli Casserole) and it is outstanding.

2 packs Knorr Hollandaise sauce mix (and butter and milk to make it)
1 bunch fresh brocolli
Seasoning salt or plain salt.
Package of fried onions

Make two packs of Knorr Hollandaise sauce according to directions in large saucepan.

Chop fresh broccoli into bite size pieces, salt them with your favorite seasoning salt (I use Cajun). Also, I use most of the stalk too but I do peal it. Add to Hollandaise.

Also add half a package of fried onions to Hollandaise broccoli mixture. Mix and pour into a casserole.

Bake covered about 350 with foil about 20 minutes or until broccoli is just tender.

Put the rest of the onion on top, back uncovers a few minutes more.

I think this would be a great way to get kids to eat broccoli. In any case, I'm bringing this to Thanksgiving. It's dang good.
