What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 29, 2016

Same as last night, since I spent the entire day away from the house. Chicken with roasted lemons and kale salad with tangerines and toasted almonds.

in a red sauce. Pop wanted to cook this (one of his faves), so I indulged. For a former kitchen dolt, he's doing much better than I imagined. I don't think I have to worry about my Pop in the kitchen anymore. Ma would have been proud.
