Many nuts and seeds as the recipe but sometimes I just do the almonds or pecans with unsweetened cocoanut and extra oats. They are mixed with maple syrup (I often sub maple agave for this) brown sugar and olive oil. And sea salt. I usually do the recipe w seeds but add 2/3 cup extra oats so it's not super sweet.

This stuff is like 11$ for a small bag and just delish- not clumpy.
