Spiral slicer pasta

Yeah we bought one.
Yeah we like it.

Zucchini pasta w/spinach pesto tonight.
And a salad.
Maybe some garlic bread.

It's faster and easier than grating most of the time. And it makes gorgeous daikon and carrots for daikon pickle. Try it with broccoli stems, too.

It's big for my little kitchen, and I try not to buy single use stuff, but I think it's worth having.
