What's for Dinner, Tues., May 9, 2017

Veal breast with vegetables. It's not a soup and it's not a stew, but somewhere in between. It has purple carrots, garlic, baby zucchini, parsnip, and tubettini pasta in it.

Salad is endive, cucumbers and a few cherry tomatoes in Guatamalen creme.

Dessert will be the other two rice puddings with sour cherry sauce from last night.

Dijon potatoes with garlic (in foil, also on the grill). And something to do with green beans.

(My hot pepper mix has sprouted - until they fruit, I won't know what they are. I bought the 5-types pack of seeds. I love a good mystery!)
