For lunch I diced and browned some meat with salt/pepper/cumin/some red pepper powder & then added diced tomatoes let that simmer a while & then opened the freezer and found some zucchini I had sliced and frozen and threw that in. Then I added a cup of water. Put a lid on it & brought it to a boil for a few minutes & shut it off. Made some rice to go with it. Made a small salad to last through lunch and dinner.
That's what I'm eating today.
