and moist when done.

I used to cook gourmet lots back in the day, but we got older and actually simple, uncomplicated meals are still the best. Plus you don't have a party going on in the tummy that's subdued by antacids at 3 a.m. 😄

Baked pork chops, with corn on the cob and sauteed potatoes with onion.

Ice cream cone, one of the prepared kind from the grocery store with the chocolate shell. I don't recall the brand.

Some Chai tea later. Cookies maybe, but I'm stuffed right now.

I am not sure there are any cookies in the house.

Hold on, I found some oatmeal raisin cookies in TJ's snacks and candy basket. I try not to look in that basket too often, as I don't have much willpower when it comes to chocolate.

Husband clamors for, at the least, ice cream every nite. Been buying Italian Ice in frozen section lately to give ice cream a break! 😊
