I was hours behind when I arrived at the grocery store at 4:30 instead of 1:00. I walked by that deli counter, smelled the chicken and it was all over. I even found I had coupons for the potato salad and the chicken.

Nachos would be so good. It's been a while since I made them. You can put so many different things on them, or at least I do.

baked it 1st, then added my grandma's BBQ sauce that i pimp using onions & bell peppers, bu† i discovered i can fake a pretty good chinese sesame chicken. add carrots + soy sauce.

BBQ sauce- ketchup, brown sugar & cider vinegar to taste. good for sloppy joes too. i add celery for that.

It turned out a lot better than his pizza a few weeks ago,. lol

Salad, ciabatta bread, Rossi Paisano wine, chocolate ice cream

steamed broccoli and couscous. Drove to PHX to nursemaid a friend after back surgery. The bonus is... I get to cook.
