What's for Dinner, Thurs., Feb. 15, 2018

 Posting early due to the possibility of working late.

I'm having the chicken curry dish the RG made a day or so ago. Is it ever spicy!  He suggested adding some sausages to it to change it up a bit, so I'll do that, too.  

Might stop at Trader's on the way home to see what I can find for an unusual or interesting dessert. The RG is in New Hampshire, so I'm on my own tonight.

Tomato basil sauce, topping of ricotta. Decafe tea.All commercial prep, 'sept for the tea.🍴

Salmon with an orange marmalade glaze (marmalade, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper)
Corn on the cob.

Still up in the air on additional items.
