This was Guy Fieri's restaurant. I couldn't type too much because I was on my iPad and we were in the restaurant, but it was served with grilled asparagus (just a few) and some kind of sprouts. Everyone at our table was happy with the food. He had some novel items on the menu. There were very large burgers and they were picture-perfect. Also a couple people in our group had to indulge themselves by ordering his famous grilled cheese sandwich.

They had some interesting rolls--square-shaped, with cracked top, and they were served with whipped butter and mustard. Everyone loved them.

For dessert, I shared a cheesecake dessert with one of my teacher colleagues. It was cheesecake streaked with chocolate (maybe Oreo cookies?) and then all kinds of salty chocolate pretzels and chocolate-dipped potato chips. This dessert was so big that it was half a cheesecake! Needless to say, I brought some of that home, too.

I'd have to give him high marks for quality, creativity, and originality.

Here's a little 22-second clip that shows the incredible size of the burgers:

After thinking just a little about this experience, I think he's deliberately made items at this restaurant over the top to get people talking!
