The other half of my pizza that I made two nights ago. I've been gardening all day and happy I have something like this in the 'frig.
While I was clearing out beds, I dug up many arugula rustica. I'm going to wash some of it and toss with a smidgen of olive oil and then sprinkle it over the top of the pizza, just for something different. Years ago I used to go to a pizzeria that did that with pizza; it was very popular.
For dessert, cookies and milk. The cookie is actually a biscuit and has a thin layer of chocolate on it.

(2,016 posts)but never got a chance to eat it! So, tonight is rigatoni with meatballs and Italian sausage. Hopefully, the extra day made the "gravy" better.

Potato salad from the grocery.
I'm eating much earlier than usual so FLFC is still asleep.
Cookies and tea later.

(1,706 posts)with a dry rub, then cooked in the Instant Pot, then sauced and baked for a bit. I haven't done much meat in the Instant Pot, so was glad they came out well - very tender but still some chew. Also had a relish plate, potato salad, and cheesecake my son made with my mom's recipe, with strawberries.
