What's for Dinner, Wed., June 20, 2018

Hamburgers on brioche roll with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

Some kinda' potatoes, not sure what kind yet.

Romaine and beet salad with blue cheese and pecans on top.

cut open and topped with chili.

Homemade nacho sauce,

sour cream,

and salad from our garden.

Peanut butter cookies that I pulled from the freezer

Prob'ly a cold beer or two!

3. Fruit and Salad

I ate too much pizza midday, so going light tonight.

I've got watermelon, banana, orange, apple and cherries to choose from.

There are plenty of things to make a salad from as well, but I'm feeling very low energy, it may not happen.

The Four Legged Food Critic is slumbering with TJ. I have some roast chicken for him when they awake. He has not been feeling well. We think his surgery is hurting and have been keeping his activity to a minimum. Tomorrow if he is not doing better we will contact the surgeon. Early bed for FLFC and I tonight.
