What's for Dinner, Sat., July 14, 2018

Looks like hamburgers, but I'm having trouble getting an answer to "what's for dinner?" Everyone is zonked here from working outdoors.

Going to use my kohlrabi in a salad.I had a couple more ready to pick today! Also cucumbers.

Steak, onions, pepper, zuccini and mushrooms.

A couple kabobs are prepared steakhouse style: Worcester and pepper.

I just took a Boston Butt out of the oven. The rosemary and garlic aroma is great.

TJ and FLFC are snoozing. TJ has to work tonight at the medical center to cover for someone.

I haven't given a thought to sides, although there is salad already made. Maybe that's enough.

(mayo, tomato slices, bacon and cheese on toast, heated til the cheese melts), corn on the cob, and apricots baked with a dab of butter, a little turbinado sugar where the pit was, lightly dusted with nutmeg.
