I figured it was easier to fix. The family is heading over to vote before dinner, trying to beat an impending thunderstorm.

for turkey meatballs made with spinach and feta.

Brown rice pilaf -- rice, peas, chopped onion and shredded carrot

Watermelon for dessert

on toast. Tomatoes from the plants out back are so good!

FLFC had a beef and chicken plate prepared by TJ. He looked at me as if to say, "No cheese garnish!", but hunger got the best of him. He ate in spite of the missing cheese.

4. Hot wings and fries

Sprinkled the wings with Cajun seasoning. Cooked on the grill (On med heat; cook 12 min on one side then flip and cook for 10 minutes on the other.) take off the grill. Pour your favorite wing sauce over them.


Nice and crispy without the grease.
