What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 7, 2018

Fresh pasta with the sauce made from tomatoes picked in my garden. Also in the pasta is onion (sauteed in olive oil) speck bacon (Black Forest bacon), garlic, & white wine. Some butter and cream.

Asparagus, first cooked in water, then in olive oil with pecorino cheese.

Dessert: red and green grapes with tapioca pudding.

We've been on low-carb diets, so no pasta for months. But the RG is in the pasta business and he got a new kind of fresh pasta in, so we had to try it. It sure lived up to our expectations.
